Hongming Sheng manufactures precision CNC machined parts to customer drawings, CAD files, material specifications, tolerances, and surface finish requirements.
Our machining support includes milling, turning, drilling, tapping, multi-axis machining, secondary finishing, and inspection for custom OEM components.
01 / Drawing Control Confirm the approved revision, dimensions, tolerances, material, and finish before production. | 02 / Machining Strategy Review tool access, workholding, setup requirements, deep features, and the machining sequence. |
03 / Critical Features Identify assembly interfaces, threads, bores, sealing surfaces, and appearance requirements. | 04 / Inspection Requirements Agree on the dimensions, features, and documentation to be checked against the drawing. |
| CNC Milling | Pockets, slots, holes, profiles, and mounting surfaces for housings, covers, frames, brackets, sensor mounts, and fixture components. |

Aluminum: Anodizing, bead blasting, brushing, polishing, or other specified finishes.
Stainless, carbon, and alloy steels: Plating, powder coating, blackening, or passivation where appropriate for the selected material.
Additional materials: Brass, copper, engineering plastics, and other specified machinable materials according to project requirements.
1. Drawing & DFM Review
Review material, geometry, tolerances, finish, quantity, and manufacturability. Discuss any required design adjustments before programming.
2. Programming & Machining
Prepare the machining strategy and CNC program, then carry out milling, turning, threading, and specified secondary operations.
3. Finishing & Inspection
Apply the agreed surface treatment when required and inspect the specified dimensions and features.
Functional dimensions and mating surfaces help define inspection priorities. In-process checks and final inspection follow the approved drawing and agreed requirements.
Material and inspection documentation can be provided when specified. Please identify these requirements during quotation.
Prototype parts support design, fit, and assembly verification. DFM feedback helps prepare for repeat production, with subsequent orders based on approved drawings and revision requirements. Secondary finishing and assembly can be included when required.
